Broccoli Cheese Casserole

2 Boxes Frozen Chopped Broccoli; Cooked
2 Eggs
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Mayo
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp. Minced Onion
Seasoned Bread Crumbs


-Mix eggs, soup, mayo, cheese, and onion in a deep dish casserole.
-Add cooked broccoli and stir.
-Top with seasoned bread crumbs, rest of cheese, and dot with butter.

-Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This recipe is a favorite of mine for the Thanksgiving meal, and goes perfectly with ham or turkey!
