Lead Listing Specialist
Pam Welkie is the Team’s Listing Specialist. She meets with clients to list properties and connects with them on a regular basis to review showing feedback. She also stays up-to-date with current market conditions to ensure our clients remain competitive in the market. Pam has resided in the Lehigh Valley for the past 22 years. Pam is a mother of three who enjoys golf and entertaining family and friends in her leisure time.
Customer Care Specialist
Rebekah Gehman serves as our Customer Care Specialist. She began her career in real estate in 2003, joining the Barb Bottitta Team in 2007. A Buyer’s Specialist, she loves turning dreams of home ownership into reality. She appreciates the support from the Team which allows her to concentrate on each buyer’s particular needs. From her successful career showing and training Arabian horses Rebekah learned patience and the importance of integrity and honest communication. She enjoys fundraising for charities and is the special events co-chair for the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors. Rebekah is also our Transaction Manager; she coordinates all of our pending sales, ensuring a smooth contract-to-close process. Rebekah was raised in the Lehigh Valley and now resides in Colorado with her husband David & their daughter Aynsley.
Lou Bottitta is Barb’s husband and serves as the Team’s Technology Consultant. He is an information systems professional with over 35 years of experience, and he keeps The Barb Bottitta Team ahead of the competition in its use of information and cutting-edge real estate technology. Lou covers the technical aspects of the Team’s multiple websites, maintains its databases, and keeps the staff up-to-date with training. Lou is also a licensed REALTOR®. A graduate of Kings College, he has worked for the Lehigh Valley Hospital for thirty years and loves playing tennis and bicycling for charities. He is a great dad to their two grown children.
Fred C. Hutterer
In addition to working in real estate full time for Keller Williams, I have over 20 years of investing, design and construction experience in the Lehigh Valley, where I am a lifelong resident. Stager, Interior Designer
The Barb Bottitta Team utilizes the services of a professional stager at the request of clients. Staging a home can set it apart from its competition which can lead to a quicker sale at a higher price. Buyers tend to choose a staged home that is the same model as an “unstaged” home and pay more money for it.
